We will be more than happy to personally deliver your item(s) to the stated locations.
We request the recipient's phone number to verify they will be home to accept the delivery.
Locations not listed for deliveries will be shipped via UPS.
Unless specified orders placed before 12 noon EST will be delivered/shipped the same day. Orders after 12 noon EST will be delivered/shipped the following day.
If you would like your order delivered/shipped on a future date, please specify otherwise your item will be delivered/shipped when received.
Perishable items may require upgraded shipping. Perishable items ordered Thursday or Friday depending on destination may be required to ship out on Monday.
UPS cannot ship to a PO Box
The Wild Raspberry will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us; additional charges will apply. We request that when ordering perishable items, you confirm that the recipient will be available to receive and refrigerate the order. We are unable to replace cheeses that spoil due to recipient's being unavailable at the time of delivery. Please note that our boxes are clearly marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened.
If an incorrect shipping method is chosen then we reserve the right to make the appropriate adjustment to insure that your package arrives at its destination in a timely manner.
