Tasting and Class Policies

All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. All classes/tastings are held at our Cromwell location at 7 pm (unless otherwise noted). We do require a credit card to hold your reservation(s) however you will not be charged until the night of the class. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to call and do not attend your card will be charged the class fee. We are limited to 30 people per class and want to ensure that everyone who wants to attend can.
