How to order
Orders can be placed 24 hours, 7 days a week online. Telephone orders can be placed Mon-Fri 10am- 6pm, and Sat 10am-5pm EST. In the Hartford area please call 860-635-5037 or call toll free at 1-866-WIL-RASP.

Substitution Policy
The Wild Raspberry strives to ensure that your order will be fulfilled as pictured, however due to product availability substitutions may be necessary. All substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value. If major substitutions are necessary we will call and verify your order.

Class and Tasting Policy
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. We do require a credit card to hold your reservation(s) however you will not be charged until the night of the class. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to call and do not attend your card will be charged the class fee. We are limited to 30 people per class and want to ensure that everyone who wants to attend can.

Privacy and Security
Your E-mail address and shipping information will be for our use only. We will never lease out your information. Your credit card information is sent to us via an encrypted secure connection. Your online order is guaranteed 100% safe.
